Exeger moving to Sagax Hybrid property™ in Kista

• 14/01/22 •
Sagax and Castberg & Co are buzzing ⚡⚡⚡
  • Modern dark grey building with "SH1 KISTA" signage, people, and streetlights at dusk.
  • Modern timber-clad commercial building with parking, people, and vehicles under a cloudy sky.
  • Modern industrial building with wood facade, terraced seating, and tall silver tower.

Exeger, the Swedish deep tech company have chosen the Sagax Hybrid property™ SH1 to be the home of their second solar factory enabling it to produce up to 2.5 million m2 of solar cells in total.

They chose the building due to its many strategic benefits, as an existing structure so would minimise the environmental impact, being in Kista (the largest ICT cluster in Europe), being located alongside the main national highway between Sweden’s largest airport and central Stockholm.

Exeger are committed to addressing the global need for energy and some of the greatest environmental challenges by supporting existing and new products with power from light.

We couldn’t be more proud for our client and for what Exeger will achieve in the revitalised Hybrid property™. We cannot wait to bring you more news about the next Sagax Hybrid property™…
