Unboxing with Kave Home for EQT Real Estate

We have been entrusted by EQT Real Estate with the task of making the vision for communal spaces and apartment interiors come alive. Even more satisfying and playful is the opportunity to fill the two communal lounge areas with our concept 'Connect from within', a design programme that grows out of our interior concept for marketing visualisations 'Curiously curated', with furniture from Kave Home.
Community, realisation and of course sustainability all play an essential role in this approach, with the main goal being spaces that feel closer to home instead of just another Scandinavian design application.
And who better to work with on this project than Kave Home. Their design programme and market approach are excellent, so when the opportunity came, we felt it was an exciting fit. Through a close knit and collaborative process with the team at Kave Home, we have been both inspired and impressed by the possibilities they offer, with an eclectic mix of public space furniture and indoor and outdoor pieces, all produced locally in Spain. This allows for quality, sustainability and the exact balance of playfulness and design sensitivity that we love and breathe at Property Systems.
The first shipments have now arrived on site.
