Property branding

Our brief for the second phase of the iconic Atlas development in Tyresö was to build on its proven concept and execution. We showcased shared strengths and celebrated the differences, positioning Atlas 2 as an elevated and distinctive offering within the rental market.

With a new brand identity, 3D visualisations and digital launch on Property Systems, we brought the story to life. The architectural contrasts between the first and second phases, from gabled roofs to more geometric forms, were subtly expressed through an animated symbol that reflected their contrasting character.

Deviating from the typical packaging of Swedish rentals.

Attention was given to the elements that make the buildings iconic, capturing their unique architecture and unusual slate façades. Also showcasing the first phase with its true views and successful execution, hints at the unique outlook awaiting renter for each building and balcony in the second phase. The interiors highlight apartment layouts focusing on light, views and room for personal design expression, aiming to achieve higher rents within the area.

In Tyresö.

Bollmorahöjden is a calm, elevated neighbourhood in central Tyresö, close to local amenities, schools, and outdoor recreation areas. The area has excellent public transport, making commuting to central Stockholm quick and convenient. In the neighbourhood, residents can enjoy parks, golf courses and nature reserves ideal for leisure and relaxation.

Atlas first phase

145 well planned and high quality apartments where nearly every home has access to its own balcony, patio or terrace. The two upper floors feature duplex units. In the design, Vida Arkitekter combined traditional brickwork with a shingle that creates a seamless transition between roof and façade. The brick, primarily facing the courtyards, were staggered irregularly to create texture, depth and visual variation.

Large format signage programme

To enable low cost / high exposure promotion of individual developments and taking advantage of their own media space, a large format outdoor advertising template was developed considering multiple partners and joint venture.
